For much of my life, I believed I couldn’t sing. I knew what it felt like to freeze. To feel ashamed. To hide my voice. To break down in tears every time I reached those edges of expression. To question my worth, my creativity, and whether my voice deserved to be heard.
What transformed my life wasn’t simply learning to sing—it was remembering who I was at the core. That remembrance and soul revival came through years of devoted practice and healing: somatic embodiment, yoga, pranayama, plant medicine, therapeutic massage training, musical experimentation, and over a decade walking an earth-based spiritual path through shamanic and ancestral wisdom traditions.
Today, it is my greatest joy to guide others through that same journey of reclamation. My work is trauma-informed, deeply embodied, and rooted in the understanding that the voice is far more than sound—it is an expression of the nervous system, the heart, the womb, the throat, and the soul. When these parts come back into harmonic relationship, authentic expression becomes natural and joyful.
Drawing from the wisdom of the elements, teachings of the Medicine Wheel, and years of ceremonial practice, I support creatives, healers, musicians, and seekers in reclaiming their voice—not by becoming someone else, but by remembering who they have always been.

Before working with Mia, I felt deeply insecure about my voice and had no idea where to begin. There was so much information online, but nothing that truly helped me feel safe enough to express myself authentically. After going through difficult experiences in my life, I had become very constricted emotionally and energetically. I held myself back constantly, and that restriction showed up in my voice, my confidence, and my ability to fully share myself with others.

Over the past several months, she has helped me not only develop my voice, but actually reconnect to it on a soul level.
